Terms of Service
Governing your access, API utilization, and fair usage on the Removebg BD platform.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the website at `removebg.bd`, directly engaging with the `api.removebg.bd` REST endpoints, or utilizing any of the machine learning tools, APIs, software libraries, and features provided by Removebg BD (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these exhaustive terms, you are explicitly prohibited from accessing the Service.
These Terms of Service function as a legally binding contract defining the boundaries of fair usage, intellectual property rights, automated system limits, and the limitation of infrastructural liabilities. Please review them thoroughly before proceeding to upload graphical assets to our backend.
2. Description of the Service
Removebg BD is an entirely automated, cloud-based software utility engineered to programmatically isolate the foreground subjects of a photograph and seamlessly delete the background context. This procedure relies on highly advanced mathematical artificial intelligence and proprietary neural network architectures.
We process incoming multipart-form binary payloads and output standard RGBA transparent portable network graphics (PNG). Because the Service relies on inherently probabilistic machine learning algorithms, Removebg BD operates on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We explicitly do not guarantee that every photograph uploaded to the platform will be segmented flawlessly. Complex scenes, severe lack of visual contrast, heavily obfuscated edges, and extremely low-resolution imagery will inherently degrade the precision of the output PNG. Users must accept the probabilistic nature of the AI service.
3. Fair Usage and Rate Limiting Protocols
Our core mission is to provide an accessible, blazing-fast, and entirely free utility for the massive majority of the internet. To successfully sustain this completely free core Service, we must rigorously protect our incredibly expensive GPU/CPU computational infrastructure from gross exploitation, malicious extraction, and automated distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) botnets.
Therefore, we strictly enforce automated rate limiting protocols on both the graphical user interface (Frontend) and the programmatic access points (API). While an average user manually uploading images will never encounter these strict constraints, aggressive automated scraping bots writing enormous `for-loops` to repeatedly hit our unsecured endpoints will be permanently IP-banned.
Maximum File Constraints: To physically prevent catastrophic server Out-Of-Memory (OOM) failures, we mathematically restrict the maximum allowable `payload size` to 20 Megabytes. Furthermore, any image uploading containing dimensions exceeding `1500px by 1500px` will automatically and unconditionally trigger a LANCZOS downscaling algorithm on our backend before the deep learning inference occurs. These structural constraints are non-negotiable for non-enterprise users to guarantee the aggregate stability of the platform.
4. Developer API and Enterprise Integrations
For organizations, software engineers, and aggressive e-commerce operators who require programmatic, high-volume access to our machine learning environment, we provide a dedicated developer API structure. If you intend to utilize `curl` scripts, Python request libraries, Node.js applications, or any automated backend pipeline to connect to `api.removebg.bd`, you must immediately secure a dedicated API access tier.
Utilizing automated pipelines against our unsecured, frontend-facing endpoints without obtaining an authorized API key constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service. Such actions will result in an immediate, hard firewall block across your entire subnet at the Nginx layer. We monitor traffic heuristically; if a single origin is submitting rapid, algorithmic, sub-second sequential requests, our systems are authorized to terminate the connection instantly to protect overall operational bandwidth.
5. Intellectual Property and User Content
As explicitly elaborated in our accompanying Privacy Policy, we deploy a zero-retention data architecture. As such, we exert absolutely zero claim of ownership over the graphics, photographs, artwork, or digital assets you submit to our servers. Any intellectual property you beam into our Service firmly remains your unadulterated intellectual property.
Because we do not log, retain, store, inspect, or manually review any uploaded content, you are entirely legally responsible for the files you submit.
- You solemnly guarantee that you possess the necessary legal rights, commercial licenses, or explicitly granted permissions to process the uploaded imagery.
- You agree not to utilize our high-performance AI processing to create, manufacture, or facilitate the distribution of illegal content, highly explicit illegal materials, or non-consensual deep-fake fabrications.
6. Limitation of Legal Liability
In absolutely no highly specific or indirect event shall Removebg BD, its core developers, internal engineers, external infrastructure providers (e.g., Cloudflare, VPS hosts), or strategic suppliers be held legally or financially liable for any form of catastrophic damages arising out of the use, or the absolute inability to use, the Service.
This total limitation of liability explicitly covers, without limitation, severe damages for loss of critical data, total loss of corporate profit, severe business interruption, API downtime, misidentification by the machine learning algorithm causing a botched final release, or any latency spikes. You utilize this free Service strictly at your own operational risk.
7. Service Modifications and Sub-routines
We reserve the unconditional, unilateral right to revise, deprecate, structurally modify, or wholly terminate the Service (or any backend machine learning sub-routine thereof) temporarily or permanently. We can alter the underlying deep neural network at any time without notifying users, provided it is to enhance algorithm efficiency. By continually sending payloads to our endpoints following any updates, you signify your active acceptance of these rolling revisions.
